Ying is 20+ years of professional in supply chain management with an accounting background.

Ying currently is Sr. Director for Cloud Supply Chain Operation at ServiceNow. She has been with the company for 11 years and grew the function from cloud hardware procurement to manage its cloud infrastructure budget, run cloud supply chain operations, digitalize supply chain management processes, and automate asset management and supply chain analytics.

On top of supply chain operation, her true passion is to digitalize business operations, transform the business process, and drive continuous improvement.

Outside the office, Ying enjoys running, skiing and hiking to enjoy the great pacific northwest scenery. She spends most of her time with her two girls for their sports activities, schoolwork, and exploring the world.
