Azure Go-To-Market Program Lead
Tameka McNair recently returned to Microsoft as the Azure Go-To-Market Program Lead, collaborating with stakeholders across Microsoft organizations (Product Groups, Marketing and Operations, Enterprise Operation Unit) to translate the Azure Cloud & AI Domain strategy into a robust Go-To-Market execution plan to equip the Field with high value sales enablement content to drive new demand and accelerate existing opportunities to customers to optimize their experience on Azure.

Tameka’s previously held roles: Senior Technical Program Manager for Nordstrom focusing on the Global Checkout & Pay systems and rein-visioning the future of digital retail. Security Program Manager in Microsoft’s Cloud + Artificial Intelligence organization, Senior IT Auditor where she performed technical assessments across various parts of the business to identify operational gaps and a Privacy Operation Program Manager. Prior to Microsoft Tameka worked for MISO Energy as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Owner for leading a software development team to ensure that the functionality of the IAM tool addresses the priorities of the business stakeholders, Senior IT Risk Analyst assessing the IT impact on the Enterprise and as a Compliance Analyst ensuring the success of Government regulated Audits. Tameka is the Co-Founder for the Women-IN-Energy conference a platform that provides an opportunity for women to learn and engage in thoughtful, relevant discussions focused on development and the Energy industry.

A big believer in inspiring and empowering women and minorities of all ages to pursue their dreams despite the obstacles they may face due the challenges that she personally overcame. Within the last 10 years, Tameka has made four industry switches (Manufacturing, Energy, Software and Retail) each leveraging her technical expertise and desire to solve challenging problems. Tameka aspires to become a CEO, leading a Fortune 500 company one day.
