He evangelizes a human centered approach called Temenos (including Influence Maps, Supplication, The Interview, Clean Slate, True Personal Vision and Compelling Shared Vision) that is now applied for managing strategic plans and scaling operations / projects at various client locations.

Siraj hosts and facilitates the annual STIA+Temenos series of conferences.

Siraj completed his MBA in 1992 and continues to be a life-long learner! He loves poetry, travel, music, books and being with people. He brings tremendous energy and passion to every engagement - woo hoo!
