Kelsey holds a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. She is currently pursuing Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, studying women and minorities in STEM through Northeastern University. Her research specifically explores how to help small technology startups diversify their talent and in partnership with WIT, she is surveying the community to learn more!

At work, Kelsey supports Masters in Engineering students to find their first jobs in tech. She takes great pride in being able to support students in this important and exciting journey and help them to develop their professional identity. Kelsey works with a population of students that is 50% female, nearly half who have a non-technical background before beginning their degree.

Kelsey is a native of Boston, prior to moving to Seattle in 2018 she taught sustainability at Harvard University. Kelsey has lived and taught in multiple countries in South Asia- she received a Fulbright Fellowship in Malaysia and teaching fellowships in India and Indonesia. Kelsey’s work in cross-cultural exchange has been recognized by former Secretary of State John Kerry and former President Barack Obama.
