Gayathri Venkat is an Engineering manager at Highspot where her team is responsible for building Highspot's Engagement Intelligence platform. Prior to Highspot, she has worked with both enterprise and startups, gaining experience working in large and small teams. She started as a software developer developing applications in C# and Java, gradually assuming a tech lead role before becoming an engineering manager.

She is passionate about building diverse inclusive teams. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening and hiking.
