Allison is an Executive Director and head of the Emerging Platform Process Development and Technologies group in the Cell Therapy division at BMS. Prior to BMS, Allison led teams in process development and analytical development at Celgene, Juno Therapeutics, and Amgen doing primarily technology development in both biologics and cell therapy. Allison hold a B.S.E. in Bio-chemical engineering from Duke University, a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington, and completed post-doctoral positions at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Immunex Corporation. Allison is originally from Rochester, N.Y., but currently resides in Seattle, WA with her two daughters and a multitude of pets.
