Caitlin Morris is a Strategic Growth Principal Associate originally hailing from St. Petersburg, Florida. She joined the recruitment team at Schrödinger's headquarters in New York City in 2015 and currently continues her work with them from Los Angeles. In addition to seeking and acquiring diverse talent for a wide range of roles within the biotech sphere, she is also an actor, producer and the co-founder of Pitch Her Productions, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting women in film. She is a proud graduate of Otterbein University and a member of the Actors Studio.
