Wind down from your day with a fluid flow, paced to first build heat in the body, then calm the breath and mind with grounded poses to promote mindful rest.
Class Level: all levels
Ease/Intensity: Gentle – slow sustained movements on mat
Props: Have a bolster folded blanket or pillow handy, two blocks and a strap are welcome too, but are not required for this class.
