A moderate Kripalu based vinyasa class that includes: breath & centering, spine & joint warmups, asana sequences, meditation and a deep relaxation at the end of class. The practice will focus on strengthening the body through longer holds, a more integrated and physical flow between postures, and a deeper dive into self-awareness.
Class Level: Strong beginner to intermediate
Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still have energy after class)

About Your Teacher: Eric Brown began practicing yoga and meditation in 1983 in search of self-healing. He’s studied many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Kripalu, Pranakriya, Kundalini, Yin and Power/Vinyasa Flow while living in Los Angeles. His classes are an eclectic blend of those experiences. Eric is an E-RYT 500/YACEP and holds multiple yoga teaching certifications with over 1500 hrs of training.
