Improv combines fun and function to help leaders and teams adapt and thrive in the face of challenge and uncertainty. During this 90 minute experiential session, we’ll show you how to integrate some basic improv tools into your leadership toolkit to help boost morale and confidence, deepen connections, promote spontaneity and fun, and foster a culture of possibility, flexibility, inclusion and innovation. We’ll combine hands on exercises with short debriefs and coaching on how to apply improv in your leadership development and team building. No improv experience required. Come prepared to play.
