As it sits currently, only 22% of the seats at life science/biotech boardroom tables are occupied by women, why is that? Diverse teams have been studied, and clear evidence proves, that the more diverse a team the better the outcomes. This panel will discuss the “Why” more women should have a seat, and the “Why Not” attitude, women need, to seek board roles. How women and men can make a change to the landscape of board service.
