Your direct manager just blindsided you with feedback. You’re in shock asking yourself, “Where the [explicative] did that come from?” Then you might question it (“Is it true?”) or deny it (“That’s some bullsh*t”). But how do you know? Do you have a blindspot? Was the feedback actually fair? Was the delivery terrible but the message accurate? Or, did your boss have a bad day and took it out on you? During this session we’ll discuss ways you can take proactive steps to build self-awareness, trust in yourself, and the courage to reach out for help when necessary.
